What's the address? And where can we park?

The Hotel is on Tunnelweg 99, 6372 XH Landgraaf, the Netherlands. There's free parking at the hotel.

What should we bring?

  • It's perhaps too optimistic to recommend sunscreen, but you never know.

  • Bug spray / insect repellent however is a must. The Netherlands has no shortage of mosquitoes!

  • The courtyard is cobbled and the car park is gravel: bear this in mind when bringing your favorite €400 stiletto heels.

  • For those bringing kids and travelling by car, please let us know if you're able to bring your own high chairs The hotel has a small supply of each, which ideally would remain available for those families travelling by plane.

  • There are quite a number of musical guests amongst our party. In case of impromptu jam sessions, please feel free to bring your instruments :)

Is there free Wifi at the hotel?

Yes! Free WiFi at the hotel.

What if we want to plan a surprise...?

The Dutch traditions at weddings include sketches or surprises. The programme is remarkably full, but if you would like to do something please arrange this with our Master of Ceremonies / Ceremoniemeester. This is also your contact in case you want to ask anything without our knowing.  Willemijn's contact details are as follows:

Willemijn de Bruijn

willemijn.dBruijn@gmail.com

+31 610 263 330 (yes, Willemijn uses Whatsapp)

What about gifts?

Check our gifts page for more info on this.

What should I wear?

For Saturday guests, we suggest a modern interpretation of tenue de ville / smart: suits & ties for men, dresses or (dress/skirt/trouser) suits for women, hats permitted but not required. For evening guests we suggest festive / smart.

What time should we arrive on Saturday?

Please note that our schedule is not yet 100% confirmed: make sure to check this website nearer the time for final schedule. At present, tthe ceremony is scheduled to start at 11:30.  Please make sure you're parked, inside and seated beforehand!

What time will the party end?

The party will end around 00:30.

Are there hotels nearby?

The Winselerhof hotel itself is fully booked for those travelling from afar. However, there are a number of hotels and B&Bs within a 5 min taxi ride, priced around EUR 50 - 120 euros p/night, for example:

- Hotel SnowWorld (4*)

- Landgoed Overste Hof (3*)

- Fletcher Hotel Kasteel Erenstein (4*)

See booking.com for more information.
